We completed below-grade grout injections. The parking garage was starting to crack and allow moisture in due to demolition/construction in the adjacent lot. We were able to completely mitigate all leaks and moisture entry. We sprayed the below-grade parking garage ramp and entry courtyard with Henry TQ3 traffic coating. This was then topped with decorative pavers and asphalt by other trades. 

•We provided both conventional and IRMA roof systems at various locations throughout the project. 

•All conventional roofs included the bulkheads and mechanical roofs allowing easy access to fix leaks or add/remove mechanical units in the future.

•All IRMA roofs included patios, pool decking, and amenity/private terraces. 

•All terraces above the 17th floor received interlocking Hanover Guardian pavers to accommodate the wind uplift while not sacrificing the desired look.

•The pool and 9th-floor amenity areas were topped with a bright white fleck concrete paver to give a clean finish. 

•At the ground floor storefront we installed a new standing seam metal roof and drip edge. 

•At Tower A Catwalk we coated all exposed concrete beams with a colored elastomeric coating to protect them over time. 

•We also furnished and installed all metal coping on the ground floor and terraces. All coping was fabricated Aluminum direct from our shop. 

•Lastly, we installed both vertical and horizontal expansion joints at the ground floor level butting up the adjacent building.
