Henley on Hudson
Maspeth Contracting was hired to install the paver system on this rooftop and grade-level courtyard project. The pavers are from Hanover architectural products and are made from precast concrete, and come in a variety of colors.

High Line
This project features a direct-to-concrete, liquid-applied, Inverted roofing membrane assembly with an intensive green roof overburden system on top. Parapro by Siplast was the waterproofing membrane used in this system and carries a maximum of a 30-year guarantee from the manufacturer.

Gotham Greens
In the Greenpoint area of Brooklyn, Gotham Greens built their first rooftop greenhouse system on top of a new roofing system installed by Maspeth Contracting. Our membrane is currently supporting over 15,000 square feet of locally grown herbs and vegetables.

Kedrion Biopharma
This facility is home to chemical laboratories and therefore requires a no-nonsense roofing system above. This project involved the complete removal of the previous roof system, a new vapor barrier, 6 inches of insulation and cover board, 2 plies of high-quality Siplast SBS roof membrane, and Parapro liquid flashings, all installed with full-time third-party oversight.

Hanover Square

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals
20,000 square feet of Siplast 531 odorless liquid reinforced roof membrane, and 15,000 square feet of Siplast ParaSolo PVC roofing. This job involved a complete removal of the existing roofing and then a poured-in-place sloped fast-drying concrete topping slab. We installed Siplast 531 flashing liquid at all of the penetrations, including at the PVC sections. The roof was outfitted with Hanover architectural pavers and custom steelwork in certain locations. Both roof areas qualify for a 20-year NDL warranty.

3rd Ave
We completed below-grade grout injections. The parking garage was starting to crack and allow moisture in due to demolition/construction in the adjacent lot. We were able to completely mitigate all leaks and moisture entry. We sprayed the below-grade parking garage ramp and entry courtyard with Henry TQ3 traffic coating. This was then topped with decorative pavers and asphalt by other trades.
